ABOUT THE CLUB
As pioneers in the Belgian market, The Mocktail Club is known for eight bold flavour combinations. These are not virgin cocktails, but distinctive drinks with daring, well-defined tastes. Our mocktails are crafted with fresh, natural ingredients and are ready to serve – a unique combination in the market. In 2025, we launched our first sparkling aperitif, which was an instant hit.
You can find The Mocktail Club on the menus of fine dining restaurants (more than 20 Michelin-star chefs serve The Mocktail Club), as well as in summer bars, deli shops, beverage stores and retail (Colruyt, Delhaize, Carrefour, Albert Heijn).
The Mocktail Club is a fast-growing scale-up: firmly rooted in Belgium, but far from fully grown. The alcohol-free sector is booming, and we are growing alongside it with ambition, flavour and a clear vision. We dream big. And that is exactly why we are looking for you.

OPERATIONS & BUSINESS SUPPORT
In this role, you provide the operational backbone that everything else relies on. You keep the overview where others see speed. You bring structure and calm to logistics, supply chain, ERP, IT, finance support and office management. By organising smartly, following up with precision and thinking ahead, you become the reliable anchor within our club.
KEY ACCOUNT & FIELD SALES MANAGER (BENELUX)
In this role, you combine key account management with field sales, the best of both worlds. You manage relationships with our key clients, while actively spotting and converting new opportunities in the field. You lead and support the sales team, setting direction, coaching performance and driving results. You understand both numbers and people.
ACCOUNT MANAGER ON-TRADE (ANTWERP & BRUSSEL)
You have your feet in the field and your mind on the brand. As an On-Trade Account Manager, you further grow The Mocktail Club across Antwerp & Brussels. You introduce our mocktails to hospitality partners who choose quality, flavour and experience.
ACCOUNT MANAGER ON-TRADE (EAST & WEST FLANDERS)
You have your feet in the field and your mind on the brand. As an On-Trade Account Manager, you further grow The Mocktail Club across East and West Flanders. You introduce our mocktails to hospitality partners who choose quality, flavour and experience.
