KEY ACCOUNT & FIELD SALES MANAGER
You think strategically, but you like to stay close to the market. In this role, you combine key account management with field sales, the best of both worlds. You manage and deepen relationships with our key customers, while actively spotting and converting new opportunities in the field.
You understand numbers just as well as people. You see where growth lives and you’re not afraid to go after it. You work closely with sales, marketing and operations to help customers not only choose The Mocktail Club, but grow with it. Always with a long-term mindset, strong partnerships and mutual trust. This role is made for someone who takes ownership, wants to make an impact and loves building a challenger brand in motion.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- You have proven experience in key account management and field sales, preferably within FMCG, beverages, or hospitality.
- You possess strong analytical skills and have experience with data analysis and KPI tracking.
- You are commercially sharp, well-structured, and results-driven.
- You are a natural leader with strong coaching skills.
- You can seamlessly switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- You breathe a commercial mindset, enjoy designing new processes, and have the ambition to drive significant growth.
- You have a proactive attitude and strongly believe in solution-oriented thinking.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
