The Mocktail Club is responsible for the processing of personal data as set out in this Privacy Statement.

The Mocktail Club sells non-alcoholic cocktails through its webshop. To that end we collect just enough information from you to be able to deliver your mocktails, let you know about promotions and keep you up to date on all the great things in our shop. We do not disclose your tasteful purchase history or information to third parties, so please review the details below.
The Mocktail Club is committed to protecting your privacy when you visit our website, in accordance with the provisions below and applicable data protection laws. Through our website, you can request information and place orders.

Our main purpose in processing your personal data is to provide you with the requested services or information. We process your data on the basis of contractual obligations. We use your address and payment details because you want your order to be delivered to you. You indicate by purchasing mocktails from us that you are interested in our products. We therefore believe that we should keep you informed about offers through our newsletter and mailings. In addition, your personal information is included by The Mocktailclub in our email system for the purpose of informing you of our activities. To the extent that you have given us permission to do so, we may use your personal information for direct marketing purposes via e-mail. If you subsequently decide that you no longer wish to receive such emails, you may remove yourself from our distribution list by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link provided in the email. We will then immediately remove your personal data from our files.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process 
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data being collected on children without parental permission. To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Please make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) unreadable in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. The Mocktail Club will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
