THE CLUB

Pioneers in the Belgian market, The Mocktail Club is known for 7 flavor combinations, all original and bold flavors. The mocktails are created with fresh, natural ingredients & are ready to serve: a unique combination in the market.

The mocktails can be found on the menu of gourmet restaurants (more than 20 star chefs serve The Mocktail Club), pop-ups, delicatessens, liquor stores and retail (Colruyt, Delhaize, Carrefour). The Mocktail Club is a fast-growing scale-up: in 5 years, we have built a stable base in Belgium.

The non-alcoholic sector is booming. The Mocktail Club has gained a strong foothold in the Belgian landscape, yet there is still a lot of work to be done. We dream big ;-) You'll provide the strong foundations and help put The Mocktail Club on the map.

You'll join a strong team of ambitious intrapreneurs and be part of a fast-growing scale-up with international ambitions. Passion, team spirit and open dialogue are our key values.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSABILITIES?

As a Junior Marketeer, you will be responsible for the online and offline brand experience. Alongside your colleagues from the other teams, you work closely with key stakeholders: performance marketer, content creator, PR agency, ... You are the right hand of the founders and act as an operational extension: you ensure that ideas become reality and strategy is implemented.
In a start-up like ours, a job often consists of a combination of different functions and talents. For this vacancy we are looking for someone who can effortlessly combine different hats: from activations manager, brand manager, online marketer to social media manager, you rock them all. You are someone who can build a strong brand, roll out actions and events that people talk about and know how to make a community bubble online.
You take care of all communication in the tone of voice of The Mocktail Club and take care of all copywriting: ads, organic posts, newsletters, blog posts, booklets,...
You will manage our organic media channels on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn based on an established content planning. Reels, stories, blog posts, newsletters, ... have no secrets for you.
You help build our community: managing chat boxes Meta, consumer engagement,...
You use your graphic skills for designing POS material, online ads, newsletters, ....
You set up collaborations with influencers and support the PR agency.
You participate in the development of our campaigns: you support campaign shoots, you take care of the operational side of events, ...
You take care of tastings at customers and events with our partners from A to Z: you think about our visibility, make appointments with stakeholders and execute the events and tastings.
You help shape collabs and are responsible for their daily implementation.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

You are a doer. You are eager to boost the visibility of The Mocktail Club: from online presence, to organizing tastings, setting up events and partnerships or organizing a photo shoot.
You have a sharp pen and (graphic) eye for detail (you know the basics of Canva).
You have multilingual communication skills (NL/FR/ENG).
You are driven, organized and proactive.
You have an independent mindset and interact smoothly with others. You are a strong communicator.
You have an affinity with lifestyle, food & drinks or hospitality.
