ACCOUNTMANAGER RETAIL (BRUSSEL & WALLONIA)

You’re out in the field, with the brand top of mind. As Account Manager, you further grow The Mocktail Club. You introduce our mocktails to independent retailers. You open new doors, strengthen existing partnerships and make sure The Mocktail Club stays visible and relevant.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • You manage and grow a portfolio of strategic key accounts.
  • You build long-term partnerships and negotiate commercial agreements,
  • promotional planning and POSM per account.
  • You identify upsell, cross-sell and activation opportunities.
  • You track, analyse and report on sales results, KPIs and targets.
  • You translate data into insights and concrete action plans.
  • You deliver structured reporting and forecasting to management.

FIELD SALES MANAGEMENT

  • You lead and support field sales activities on the ground.
  • You analyse performance, results and quality of execution.
  • You translate strategy and planning into clear priorities for the sales team.
  • You act as a mentor for medior account managers.
  • You coach in the field and share knowledge and best practices.
  • You help build a results-driven yet people-first sales culture.

 

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • You identify new growth opportunities, channels and partnerships.
  • You support market expansion and commercial projects.
  • You actively help shape the future sales strategy of The Mocktail Club.

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • You have experience in field sales or account management within the on-trade / hospitality sector.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French.
  • You are driven, organised and proactive.
  • You are a strong relationship builder with solid commercial insight.
