Pioneers in the Belgian market, The Mocktail Club is known for 7 flavor combinations, all original and bold flavors. The mocktails are created with fresh, natural ingredients & are ready to serve: a unique combination in the market.

The mocktails can be found on the menu of gourmet restaurants (more than 20 star chefs serve The Mocktail Club), pop-ups, delicatessens, liquor stores and retail (Colruyt, Delhaize, Carrefour). The Mocktail Club is a fast-growing scale-up: in 5 years, we have built a stable base in Belgium.

The non-alcoholic sector is booming. The Mocktail Club has gained a strong foothold in the Belgian landscape, yet there is still a lot of work to be done. We dream big ;-) You'll provide the strong foundations and help put The Mocktail Club on the map.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • As our Accountmanager Retail, you’ll be the face of The Mocktail Club in French-speaking Belgium — especially Brussels. You’ll be in the field building strong relationships with retail partners, identifying growth opportunities, and making sure our bold 0.0% flavors are seen, served, and celebrated. You combine sales, business development, and account management into one role with real impact. If you’re driven, entrepreneurial, and ready to grow with a fast-moving brand — this one’s for you.
  • You will expand retail within French-speaking Belgium, with a focus on Brussels: from bringing in new customers to increasing rotation with existing customers.
  • You build a personal network with store owners and territory managers. You ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • You spot growth opportunities with customers and translate them into better visibility: from positioning on the shelf, to negotiating second placement and cross selling opportunities.
  • You combine field sales, business development and account management in one dynamic function, ideal if you are ambitious and like to make a visible impact.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

  • You have field sales or account management experience, ideally in retail.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French.
  • You are driven, organized and proactive.
  • You are a relationship builder with commercial insight.
