OPERATIONS & BUSINESS SUPPORT

In this role, you build the operational backbone that keeps everything running smoothly. You bring clarity where others see speed. From logistics and supply chain to ERP, IT, finance support and office management, you create structure, calm and reliability. By organising smartly, following up sharply and thinking ahead, you become a trusted anchor within the team.


You work closely with operations, sales and finance, and act as the key point of contact for external partners. Thanks to you, processes flow, numbers add up and the team can focus on growth. In short: you make sure The Club delivers on its promise, every single day, inside and out.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

OFFICE MANAGEMENT

  • Customer Care & Order Processing
  • Management of social media chatboxes and first-line follow-up of incoming inquiries.
  • Processing and follow-up of B2B orders.
  • Management of the ERP system (Odoo): products, price lists, templates, customer records, rental app and workflows.
  • Product data management via GS1.
  • General IT management and acting as the point of contact for tools and systems

LOGISTICS & SUPPLY CHAIN

  • Management of pallet flows and logistical follow-up.
  • Planning and management of the product assembly site.
  • Maintenance of the quality register and follow-up of laboratory analyses.
  • Procurement of raw materials and packaging materials.

FINANCE & DATA SUPPORT

  • Preparation of sales invoices and follow-up of invoicing.
  • Follow-up of accounts receivable, accounts payable and collection cases.
  • Assistance with reporting and financial analysis.
  • Support of the finance team with accurate, timely and structured data.

  • You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English.
  • Experience in FMCG, food & beverage is a strong asset.
