ACCOUNT MANAGER ON-TRADE (OOST & WEST-VLAANDEREN)

You’re out in the field, with the brand top of mind. As Account Manager On-Trade, you further grow The Mocktail Club in East & West-Flanders. You introduce our mocktails to hospitality partners who care about quality, flavour and experience. You open new doors, strengthen existing partnerships and make sure The Mocktail Club stays visible and relevant on the menu. You work closely with marketing, operations and your sales colleagues. You get trust, freedom and responsibility to grow your region in your own way, guided by our shared vision. A role for doers with flair, taste and strong commercial instinct.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You further develop the on-trade channel in East & West Flanders, from acquiring new customers to increasing rotation with existing accounts.
  • You build a strong personal network within the hospitality industry, ensuring high customer satisfaction and guiding clients in menu integration, serving moments and brand positioning.
  • You identify growth opportunities with customers and translate them into increased visibility, from strategic placement in the right new venues to menu presence.
  • You combine field sales, business development and account management in one dynamic role, ideal if you are ambitious and eager to make a visible impact.
  • You manage orders, activations and partnerships from A to Z. You actively grow our distribution via beer wholesalers and beverage distributors.
  • You work closely with the marketing team on events, tastings and partnerships.
    You analyse sales results and adjust where needed.

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • You have experience in field sales or account management within the on-trade / hospitality sector.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French.
  • You are driven, organised and proactive.
  • You are a strong relationship builder with solid commercial insight.
