PERFECT SERVE GINGER GEM - MASTER

Make a granite from the Ginger Gem mocktaill: put 50 cl of mocktail in a mixing bowl and put it in the freezer for 4 hours. Mix every half hour with a spoon until you obtain granité. Scoop your glass half full with granité. Gently shake the bottle of Ginger Gem and pour over the granite. Do not add any further ice to the mocktail.
