PERFECT SERVE GINGER GEM - MODERATE

Gently shake the bottle of Ginger Gem and pour over ice cubes.
Top with a burning sprig of thyme and a dried apple slice. Blow out the sprig of thyme just before serving the mocktail. You can make the dried apple slices yourself: 

  • Wash the apples and heat the oven to 70°C.
  • Cut them into slices of half a centimeter or even a little thinner.
  • Place the slices on a sheet of paper towel and gently dab off the excess moisture.
  • Bake the slices in a preheated oven at 70°C for 5 hours.
